Why we exist

To serve our neighbors in their property needs. Whether it be underbrush clearing or general clearing needs, installing or repairing driveways, sod prep and install, or general skid steer labor, we would love the opportunity to serve you.

Meet the Owners

Jonathan and Alana Dangerfield are the heads behind this locally owned, small family business based out of Wagener, SC. Jonathan does the manual labor side of things while Alana handles most of the office work. In college, Jonathan studied wildlife and forestry management and was the assistant manager of a plantation in Georgetown, SC. He later was the owner and operator of a lawn maintenance company for 5 years. Alana received her BA in Public Health from the University of South Carolina, and is a health and life insurance agent in South Carolina. Jonathan's passion for being outdoors and serving others is what lead him to opening Legacy Land Solutions, Inc. Jonathan and Alana have been married since October 2015 and have two little girls who they love sharing the great outdoors with.
